Full Description
October 2005. Norfolk NMP.
A cropmark of an incomplete square enclosure is visible on aerial photographs (S1). This cropmark is located at TG 4810 1430. Three sides of a small square enclosure are visible. It has rounded corners and external measurements of approximately 25m. It is possible that this enclosure is associated with an undated curvilinear ditch to its southwest (NHER 42044). Square enclosures of this type are not characteristic of any particular period and its date is unknown.
J. Albone (NMP), 13 October 2005
