Metal-detecting between 2005 and 2023 recovered Late Mesolithic, Neolithic/Bronze Age and undatable Late Prehistoric worked flints; Roman, Late Saxon/medieval, medieval and medieval/post-medieval pottery sherds; an undatable schist whetstone; medieval/post-medieval tiles; undatable copper alloy casting waste; Roman and medieval coins; a post-medieval token and a range of other undatable and medieval to post-medieval. These metal finds include an undatable copper alloy ingot and lead pot mend; medieval to post-medieval dress accessories; a medieval horse-harness stud, animal-head ewer spout, copper alloy nesting cup weight and lead pot mend; a potentially medieval lead spindle whorl; medieval/post-medieval copper alloy vessel fragments, an inscribed lead spindle whorl, lead weight and lead grille or ventilator; a post-medieval crotal bell, spur fragment and copper alloy and lead weights and a potentially post-medieval lead steelyard weight or plumb bob.
