Summary

The cropmarks of a curvilinear ditch of unknown, but probably pre-medieval date, are visible on aerial photographs within arable land to the north of Lam Bridge, Sea Palling. This feature is located within an area of possibly late medieval to post medieval date field boundaries and trackways (NHER 42038). Although the relationship is not definite, it seems most likely that the curvilinear ditch pre-dates these features.
