Summary

An assessment of Nos 131 and 133 in 2005 noted that there is high potential for important archaeological features and deposit on this site, which is situated on the edge of the river in the area of the early medieval quays.

There is a high potential for important archaeological features and deposits to survive below the buildings and car-parking areas which presently occupy the site, notwithstanding the possibility that the street frontage has been truncated during excavations for post medieval or later cellars.
