Summary

Nos 47 and 47A are a house of coloured brick, probably dating to the 17th century, with an 18th-century façade. This two-storey building has a 20th-century shop front on the ground floor, and an internal chimney stack at the east gable.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Shop and flat. Probably 17th century, with later 18th-century façade. Rendered and colourwashed brick. Roof of flat overlapping tiles. Two storeys and dormer attic. 20th-century glazed shop front with 20th-century door to right leading to upper chambers...Low parapet under gabled roof. One flat-topped dormer. Internal gable-end stack to east. Rear with long slated 20th-century outshut and other additions."
