December 1950. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House. c.1840 facade, but very likely to have earlier, probably timber-framed, interior. Brick with machine tile roof. Two storeys and dormer attic in four irregular bays. Central panelled door with fanlight. Deep panelled reveals, fluted bowed pilasters and dentiled hood...Gabled roof with two gabled dormers. Internal gable-end stack to east with strip decoration. Two storey gabled cross wing to rear is of rendered timber-framing with a ridge stack."

Timber framed house, perhaps originally two properties; most details hidden but apparently 17th century. Remarkable large cellar with fireplace. Façade in Regency style, added in two builds, and interior remodelled at same time. Early 20th century windows and detailing.
