Summary

An early 19th century brick house that probably stands on the site of an earlier building. The building was to be demolished in 2005.

House, behind Victoria Road, either on old road line or on former common edge (as with NHER 18821 to west). Aligned north-south along footpath. Two storeys; three bays to east, central door between two sets of windows. Wall rendered; pantile roof. To west an additional half-pile. External south gable stack of indeterminate but post medieval brick. North gable wall of flettons suggesting building may have extended further. Interior totally 20th century. Probably early 19th century in date on an older site. To be demolished.
