Information from (S1).
Please consult the National Heritage List for England (S1) for the current listing details.
Amended by P. Watkins (HES), 6 November 2020.
Photograph (S2) in file shows frame has long raking braces, and ceiling beam of small scantling. Gable wall of brick having narrow and very tall fireplace with bressumer (and now with 20th century flue inserted). These details suggest rather an 18th century date.
