Two bay façade to street above 19th/20th century shop front. First floor with one twelve pan sash and one bow-oriel; wall rendered. Side elevation of three bays irregularly spaced; flint walling with brick details, Sash windows and blocked openings. Roof apparently hipped at right angles to street. Internal plan with central cross passage containing fireplace and stairs; room to left, shop to right.

Proposed for demolition in 1992 but a building of the same footprint is still shown on GIS.

The building has been effectively completely rebuilt in the same style as the original, except that the shop windows were set a little further back (S2).
