Full Description
January 2006. Norfolk NMP.
A World War Two air raid shelter is visible on aerial photographs within the garden of a 94 Cliff Hill, Gorleston (S1). The shelter, centred on TG 5276 0362, is visible as an L shaped earth covered mound, measuring approximately 3m long by up to 2m wide, and is probably an Anderson shelter which would have been for the use of the family living in the property.
S. Massey (NMP), 09 January 2006.
