Summary

A brick farmhouse built in three stages.The east part is mid 18th century, followed by the late 18th century centre and culminating with the addition of a west façade in about 1830.

Listing Description:
Brick farmhouse of three builds. Mid 18th century block to east, late 18th century block in centre and a façade of about 1830 to the west. Brick. Roofs of slate (east), black glazed pantiles (centre) and corrugated concrete tiles (west). East block of 2 storeys. Wall utilises burnt headers. 20th century door left of centre. One late 20th century casement to right and one early 20th century casement to left. Under eaves one 2-light 19th century casement. Gabled roof. East gable head with tumbling. Centre block of 2 storeys. One window bay each floor to south : lower is 20th century iron casement, upper is 20th century sash. Gabled roof. This range shares a gable end stack with east block. Circa 1830 extension to rear under asbestos catslide roof. 20th century fenestration. West block with 2 storey, 3 bay west facade. Gabled porch right of centre with slate roof and 20th century door. Sash windows with glazing bars and gauged skewback arches. Hipped roof. One stack on west roof slope and a second on north slope. To south a single storey 3 bay extension of 1982.
