November 1954. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Rectory, now private house. 1832. Gault and red brick with slate roof. South front of gault brick. Two storeys in four window bays...Over ground floor is an openwork timber trellis verandah. Triple modillion eaves cornice below gabled roof. Internal gable end stacks. Entrance in east gable through panelled door with overlight. Panelled reveals, Plain Tuscan columns and pilasters support porch entablature."
