March 1947. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Dated 1739. Whitewashed brick. Pantile roof. 2 storeys. 3 C19 horned sash windows each floor with glazing bars and below gauged skewback arches. Doorway right of centre comprising moulded brick hood bearing date 1739, now obscured by C20 half glazed porch. Hipped roof. Ridge stack left of centre."
