Summary

An earthwork of an undated, possibly medieval, curvilinear ditch or channel is visible on aerial photographs. These earthworks are located in an area of former marshland. It is probable that ths ditch or channel had a natural origin, but may have been incorporated into the surrounding drainage pattern during the medieval period.

An earthwork of an undated, possibly medieval, curvilinear ditch or channel is visible on aerial photographs (S1). These earthworks are centred on TG 4538 0757 in an area of former marshland. A single narrow curvilinear ditch is present. It is probable that it had a natural origin, but may have been incorporated into the surrounding drainage pattern during the medieval period.
