December 1987. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description:
Mid 18th century brick farmhouse with thatched roof. 2 storeys and dormer attic in 5 bays. Pilasters at corners and right of centre (3 in all). Half glazed 20th century door right of centre below hood on consoles. 3 segmental-headed sash windows to ground floor and one 20th century top hung casement. 5 sashes to first floor. All windows have glazing bars, all sashes -are 19th century horned type. Gabled roof with 3 gabled dormers. Dormers are plain tiled and have 18th century casements. Ridge stack and internal gable end stacks.
