Summary

The earliest parts of this shop and flat date to the early 17th century. It was altered in the 19th and 20th centuries. The building is constructed of rendered and colour washed brick and has a concrete tiled roof.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Shop and flat with early 17th-century origins, altered in the 19th and 20th centuries. Rendered and colourwashed brick. Concrete tiled roof. Two storeys and dormer attic; three-window range. 20th century plate-glass shop front under a large fascia board...Gabled roof..two gabled dormers...Stack removed in 20th century.
INTERIOR: fitted-out as a butchers' shop."
