Listing Description excerpt:
"House. Probably late 17th century, subsequently used as a warehouse. Rendered brick under a pantiled roof. Two storeys and dormer attic. Lobby entrance plan...Gabled roof. Stack removed...
INTERIOR: not accessible at time of survey. Mullioned window reported as visible in north gable wall."

2000. Field Observation.
A later site visit by E. Rose (NLA) described the building as rendered externally and plastered internally, making dating difficult. There is an early 17th-century window in one gable. The stack is not in line with the entrance, but is at the opposite end of the building, so the building is not a lobby entrance plan (although the present stack dates to the 18th or 19th century).
