Summary

Two shops which date back to the 17th century which were rebuilt in the 19th century. The shops have a late 20th century plate glass front.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Two shops, now converted to one. 17th-century origins, rebuilt mid 19th century. Brick under pantile roofs. Late 20th-century plate-glass shop front extends over both shops with a prominent fascia board. No.12 is of three storeys; three-window range; No.13 of two storeys; two-window range. No.12 has…gabled roof. Full-height gabled cross-wing to the rear. No.13 has…gabled roof [and] rear parallel range, also gabled.
INTERIOR: the rear wing of No.12 has cruciform sunk-quadrant bridging beams of 17th-century origin, and the rear pile of No.13 has a roof of thin early 17th-century upper crucks augmented by heavy collars."
