August 1974. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Warehouse and showroom, formerly a house with a warehouse behind. Early 19th century, raised a storey in the late 19th century, altered internally in the 20th century. Brick under a slate roof.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys; three-window range...Hipped roof. Side stack to north. Whitewashed brick warehouse extends north-east along Row 77: Two storeys, fragments of 18th-century brick.
INTERIOR: roof of rear warehouse is of A-frame trusses."
