Summary

This early 18th-century colourwashed brick shop with a pantile roof was built with accommodation on the upper two storeys. It is now used as a shop with offices and has been considerably altered. Unusually the gable end of the building faces the modern street. The structure has three storeys and a 20th-century shop front.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Shop with accommodation, now shop with offices. Early 18th century, considerably altered. Post-medieval plan-form, with the range running perpendicularly to the street. Colourwashed brick under a pantiled roof. Three storeys; two-window range. 20th-century shop front...Gabled roof, hipped to the front. Row 71 to the left has a double wave-moulded bridging beam with a large tongue stop. Two blocked doorways into No.29. Rear gable with a second-floor platband and a mixture of sashes and casements."
