Summary

A three-storey gault brick house dating to between 1860 and 1880. The first floor has french windows opening onto a bowed cast iron balcony with decorated brackets and braces and a zinc canopy.

Listing Description excerpt:
"House. 1860-80. Gault brick. Roof of corrugated concrete tiles. Three storeys; two-window range. Right-hand bay is a full-height canted window bay...Door to left set behind a stuccoed doorcase under a hood on scrolled consoles. First floor has a bowed cast-iron balcony supported on scrolled brackets with circular fluted standards rising to flat-arched foliated braces on which is a sloping zinc canopy above the two French windows...Modillion eaves cornice. Gabled roof.
INTERIOR: refurbished late 20th century including replacement staircase."
