August 1974, Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th century house, now offices. Gault brick. Roof of pantiles, black glazed to the front. Two storeys; four window range. Half-glazed door to end bays under plain overlights. The left-hand (south) door has a portico porch supported on two fluted Doric columns and two plain pilasters. Metope frieze to entablature...Parapet below gabled roof. Truncated ridge stack right of centre. The rear has a two-storey canted bay to the south and a two-storey service wing to the north.
INTERIOR: stick baluster staircase with cast-iron decorative balusters to every third tread. Ramped and wreathed handrail. Moulded cornice to staircase well."
