Listing Description, excerpt:
"House. Early 19th century. Brown brick under a roof clad in concrete corrugated tiles. Two storeys in three bays, the centre bay broken forward under a pediment with modillions. Three-window range. Pilaster strips to corners of facade. Central 20th-century six-panelled door set within a doorcase composed of a pair of fluted pilasters carrying a Doric frieze...Parapet. Stack emerges over parapet to right. Rear with a late 20th century conservatory…"
