Summary

An late 18th-century shop and flat with an early 19th-century extension. The shop and flat were altered during the 20th century. They are built of brick, are rendered and colourwashed and have a pantile roof.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Shop and flat. Late 18th century altered 20th century and with an early 19th-century rear extension. Rendered and colourwashed brick under a pantiled roof. Two storeys; two-window range. Late 19th-century shop front...To the right of this is a plank door leading to first-floor flat...Gabled roof. One internal gable-end stack to east shared with No.6 [NHER 42976]. The west gable is rendered following demolition of adjacent houses in 1970s. The rear has an attached one-storey and dormer attic extension under a pantiled Mansard roof...Central ridge stack…"
