August 1974. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Shop and offices. Early 19h century. Colourwashed brick. Pantiled roof. Three storeys; three-window range, the centre being a canted bay window to the first and second floors. Ground floor with a 20th-century plate-glass shop front and a doorway to offices above....canted bay above...Platband between first and second floors. Modillion eaves cornice. Gabled roof.
INTERIOR: much altered and partitioned."
