Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 18th-century house converted to two shops with accommodation above in 19th century. Converted to one shop [in] 20th century. Colourwashed brick. Plain-tile and pantile roofs. Plan is of two parallel ranges. Two storeys and dormer attic. Four-window range. Plate-glass shop front of c.1860 with two recessed entrances. Modillion cornice. Wrought and cast-iron balcony railings above....Gabled roof with two flat-topped dormers...Internal gable-end stack to north. In Row 119 to south is an unused door. Parallel range to rear is gabled and has pantiles. Rear with a full-height 19th-century gabled wing.
INTERIOR: ground floor opened out into single sales area. First floor not inspected."
