June 1953. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Late 18th century house, now offices. Red brick. Pantile roofs.
EXTERIOR: three storeys; two-window range, the right-hand window being a wide segmental bow. The brickwork of the bow is in header bond, remainder Flemish bond...Late 20th-century door in left bay behind a late 18th-century doorcase composed of a pair of engaged fluted columns with acanthus capitals supporting block entablatures and an open pediment...Two short stretches of late 18th-century iron railings of square-section verticals with obelisk finials terminate with circular standards on concrete plinths. Swept top rail...Modillion and dentil eaves cornice. Roof in two pantiled ranges, each with an internal gable-end stack to north. Front range gabled, rear range Mansard.
INTERIOR: ground floor much altered. Stick-baluster staircase with turned newels. First-floor doors have reeded surrounds."
