Summary

This early 20th-century rendered and colourwashed brick pub has four storeys and a slate roof. The interior of the pub has been altered but some original fittings remain.

Listing Description:
"Public house. Early 20th-century. Rendered and colourwashed brick. Slate roof. Four storeys; two-window range. Public house frontage has two four-centred doorways and paired plate-glass windows with curved transoms. Ionic pilasters divide the elements. Fascia board with pediments over the doors. First floor has two bay windows with curved corners and modified Venetian windows. String courses between floors above...Modillion eaves cornice and parapet. Gabled roof with internal gable-end stacks. Large late 20th-century extensions to rear.
INTERIOR: opened out into large room but with some fittings retained."
