Summary

This early 19th century-house is now used as a hotel. There have been extensive late 20th century extensions to the rear of the building. The front façade of gault brick has two storeys.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Hotel, formerly a house. Early 19th century. Extensive late 20th-century extensions to rear. Gault brick façade. Slate and concrete tile roofs. Façade of two storeys; four-window range in all. Plain block to left...Low parapet with a stack hiding a shallow hipped roof. To right is a two-storey block with a full-height bow window...Paired modillion eaves cornice. Low hipped roof. Between these two blocks is a 20th-century door under a porch hood carried on a single column. INTERIOR: plain and modernised."
