"Pair of houses, internally now one suite of offices. Early 19th century. Colourwashed brick. Roof of 20th-century pantiles. Three storeys and dormer attic. Two-window range...Modillion cornice below Mansard roof, this roof-type an addition of 1850s. Two 20th-century dormers. Two rebuilt stacks on rear roof slope. Three-storey rear extension...
INTERIOR: Two-stick baluster staircases with ramped and wreathed handrails arranged back-to-back, that to No.8 having a lower flight renewed March 1992. Minor plaster ceiling to first-floor room of No.7. Cellar of No.8 with a wide fireplace."
