Listing Description excerpt:
"Pair of houses. Late 18th centutry, No.14 mostly demolished 1953 when Yarmouth Way was built. Red brick. Pantiled roof, black-glazed to the front. Three storeys; two-window range with a canted bay to south of 1953. Panelled door in canted edge under a plain overlight and within a plain doorcase...Modillion eaves cornice. Hipped roof with a stack on the wall plane to the north. Two-window south front of 1953, with sashes. Two-storey rear extensions added 1953..."
