February 1987. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description:
House and shop. Early 19th century, of red brick with slate roof. Two storeys with one and a half storey rear outshut. Façade of three windows, with central part glazed six panel door in double reveal with elliptical gauged brick arch. Included for group value.
