Listing Description Excerpt:
"Farmhouse, c.1800. Brick with roof of black glazed pantiles. 2 storeys in 2 builds. Eastern portion c.1800 of 3 bays. Central panelled door below 5-vaned fanlight. Sash windows with glazing bars below gauged skewback arches. Single bay extension to west early C19."

February 2021. Minor Amendment to Listing.
The mapped location of this record has been corrected.
When Listed in January 1980, this record was located at TG 36021 32324. This incorrectly placed it at the wrong building. It has been moved approximately 43m to the north-north-west of this point and is now located at TG 36010 32368, Malthouse Farmhouse, Coast Road, Walcott.
