Listing Description Excerpt:
"17th century house. Part flint, part brick, red pantiled roof. Two storeys. At south an earlier 17th house of flint with brick dressings, ground floor with one 3 light 20th century window and first floor with one 2 light 20th century casement window."

The mapped location of this record has been corrected.
When Listed in January 1984, this record was located at TF 86639 27020. This incorrectly placed it off the building. It has been moved approximately 37m to the E of this point and is now located at TF 86672 27037, Valley Farmhouse, Tatterford Road, Helhoughton.
