March 1974. Listed, Grade II.
Listing description excerpt:
"Pair of houses. Early 17th century with early 19th-century colourwashed brick skin, otherwise timber-framed. Pantile roof. One storey and dormer attic...Gabled roof. One sloping dormer to left (No 23). Internal gable-end stacks, that to south 17th century but rebuilt, the other 19th century, as is the ridge stack right of centre.
INTERIOR. Chamfered and tongue-stopped bridging beams. Roof boarded although 20th-century purlins visible."

Timber framed house with brick gable wall and stack; stack at other end is set in from a timber-framed gable suggesting building may have been longer. Façade is 19th-20th century.
