Summary

This 18th century timber framed and weather boarded barn has an asbestos sheet and pantile roof. The double doors in the south gable and on the east side are the full height of the building. On the west side the roof slopes to accommodate the aisled interior.

Listing Description:
Barn. 18th century. Timberframed and weatherboarded with asbestos sheets to roof (west side) and pantiles (east side). Double doors to full height to south gable and to centre of east side. To west roof slopes to accommodate aisled interior. Heavy scantling to studwork. Tie beam on straight braces with struts to lower of two tiers staggered butt purlins. Collars. Arched braces to wall plate on west from posts standing on brick piers jutting from wall.
