May 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Two properties, one a shop. Mid 18th century. Colourwashed brick with roof of black glazed pantiles. Two storeys and dormer attic in six bays. Door in second bay from right behind eared doorcase with moulded pediment. Two bays at left obscured by 20th-century double shop front at ground floor…Range extending to west. timber framed under gabled roof."
