An early 19th century carstone humped back bridge in the Gothic style. The bridge is known locally as Waterloo Bridge.

Map

Early 19th century bridge, perhaps about 1815. Carstone squared, coursed and dressed. Single stilted arched humped back bridge with parapet wall. Gothick style. Central shield above arch,to north blank, to south coat of arms of two lions. Popularly and punningly known as 'Waterloo' Bridge.
