Map

Lead papal bulla, now very worn and battered, but possibly of Pope Gregory X (1271-6). The obverse is now very worn with some lettering surviving, but it is the reverse, with the two heads of SS Peter and Paul within pelleted aureoles that most obviously identifies the object as a papal bulla.
