Summary

This type K6 cast iron telephone box is square with a domed roof. This variety of kiosk was designed in 1935 by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott.

Type K6 telephone kiosk, cast iron. It is a square kiosk with a domed roof, unperforated crowns to the top panels and margin glazing to the windows and door. It was designed in 1935 by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott and made by various contractors.
