Full Description
June 1981. Listed, Grade II.
16th or 17th century timber framed house fronted in red brick in late 19th century and with late 19th century additions. Steep pantile roof with gabled ends. 17th century plastered timber frame wing at rear with gable ended pantile roof. At east end a late 19th century red brick two storeyed wing with black glazed pantile roof.

Examination of house confirms (S1) data, but adds more details – the west stack is an addition to convert service cell to kitchen, possibly of same date as north wing, around 1620. Main house is of 1570-1590. The 19th century work is dated 1865.
