June 1981. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"C18 or earlier cottage with C19 brick front. Steep modern tile roof, raised at front, and with gabled ends. Internal brick chimney stack at each end. Two storeys. Two window range. Ground floor two C19 casements in segmental headed openings, and central plank door with gabled hood."
