Full Description
August 2002. Norfolk NMP.
Group of linear ditches visible on Meridian aerial photographs from 1967 (S1). These are located on the now enclosed saltmarsh, although they may pre-date the enclosure of the area. These are likely to be medieval to post medieval in date. It is possible that these ditches are related to the drainage of the saltmarsh. It is possible that they are linked to the group of oyster beds to the immediate north (NHER 1460).
S. Massey (NMP), 14 August 2002.
