January 1977. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House and shop. Early 19th century. Painted brick. Black glazed pantile roof with gabled ends. Two storeys. Two windows, wide sashes with glazing bars...Pilastered doorcase off centre with cornice and C20 glazed door. North end first floor sash with glazing bars."
