Summary

A late 18th- to early-19th century three-storey painted brick shop and house with a black glazed pantile roof. The off-centre doorway has flattened columns with convex moulding, and to the right is a large decorative mid-19th-century shop front. Also to the right is a two storey wing, the ground floor of which continues the shop front and has large double doors.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Shop and house. Late 18th/early 19th century. Painted brick. Low pitched roof with gabled ends with black glazed pantiles, and wide eaves. Three storeys...Off centre doorcase with reeded pilasters and entablature with moulded cornice...To right a large mid-19th-century shop front with narrow pilasters and entablature with bracketed cornice. Wing on right two storeys, first floor two sashes with glazing bars, ground floor continuation of shop front and large double doors, painted brick, brick dentil eaves and pantile gable-ended roof, end wall weatherboarded."
