Listing Description excerpt:
"House, early 19th century. Red brick garden front with hipped slated roof with over-hanging eaves. Two storeys. Four windows, large sashes with glazing bars, flat rubbed brick arches. To left lower two-storey two windows, sashes with glazing bars and porch with fluted Doric columns in antis and doorway with elliptical fanlight and glazed door. North part facing street in stuccoed with pantile roof, two storeys, four windows, sashes without glazing bars, and large glazed porch. Room in north of house has fielded panelling with cornices and moulded dado rail."
