Summary

An early 19th-century two-storey painted brick house with a parapet and later windows and doors.The rear part is three storeys high with a pantiled roof, and is probably 18th century.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th century house. Painted brick. Parapet. Two storeys. Three windows, sashes with glazing bars, off centre right a 20th-century doorcase. Rectangular fanlight with radial glazing bars and panelled door. Left hand. 20th century sash with side lights. Three storeys at rear, probably 18th century, roughcast with gable ended pantile roof.
Including garden wall at rear along Chapel Street."

It should be noted that the garden wall to the rear of this property was actually listed Grade II separately in January 1977. It is now recorded as NHER 65414.
