Summary

This row of cottages has now been converted into one house. The flint and brick building dates to the early 18th century and was altered and extended in the 19th century.

Row of cottages, now one house. Around early 18th century; altered and extended in 19th century. Flint and brick rubble with brick dressings. Pantile roof with gable ends with brick parapets, tumbling, and finial at southwest end.

Building examined soon after listing.
It does appear to have been constructed as a terrace of three cottages but probably in the late rather than early 18th century, perhaps with some reused beams.
