Listing Description Excerpt:
"Estate cottages. Pair, dated 1820. Flint with gault brick dressings, hipped roof of double-roll red clay tiles. Two storeys. Plain brick, string course. Brick dental eaves. Two and three light casement windows with glazing bars.Cambered arches over openings, rubbed on ground floor. Central chimney stack with moulded brick cap."

February 2021. Minor Amendment to Listing.
The mapped location of this record has been corrected.
When Listed in May 1983, this record was located at TF 89141 43843. This incorrectly placed it off the building. It has been moved approximately 11m to the south-west of this point and is now located at TF 89136 43833, 13 and 14 Park Road, Holkham.
