February 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House, 18th century with possibly earlier core. Colourwashed brick and flint with brick quoins. Steeply pitched pantile roof. Two storeys, three bays. Sashes with glazing bars, segmental heads over ground floor openings. Brick platband at first floor cill level."
